Da su cijene najma u Zagrebu skočile, svejdoče Facebook stranice koje služe za pronalaženje stanova za najam i prodaju - primjećuje Net.hr. A mnoštvo reakcija, i to negativnih, upravo na jednoj takvoj stranici izazvao je stan koji se nalazi u centru Zagreba, točnije u Marulićevoj ulici u blizini Botaničkog vrta.

U oglasu je, naime, navedeno da se iznajmljuje soba po cijeni od 300 eura + režije i polog, uz objavljenu fotografiju sobe. Soba se nalazi u suterenu, a kupaona je zasebna. Kuhinja, dnevna soba i hodnik u ovu cijenu nisu uključeni.

"Može vas sram bit", "300 eura za ovo???? Pa kaj je s mozgom?", "Vic dana!", samo su neki od komentara koji su se nizali ispod oglasa koji je navodno objavila unuka u ime svoje bake.

"Prednost ženska osoba sa stalnim primanjima. 300 eura sa režijama, polog obavezan zbog prijašnjih neugodnih iskustava 150 eura. Soba je u suterenu zgrade. Kupaonica je zasebno", napisala je unuka u grupi za najam stanova u Zagrebu.

Kako je oglas privukao veliku pažnju, iz Net.hr-a su kontaktirali iznajmljivačicu te istražili detalje, kao i razlog zbog kojeg se soba iznajmljuje po ovako neobično visokoj cijeni.

Na telefon im se javila Višnja, vlasnica stana, udovica i umirovljenica. Ima 80 godina, Facebook nema, kao ni mobitel, a oglas je, kaže nam, objavila njena unuka. Mirovina koju prima je mala, ali razlog zbog kojeg je cijena najma ovako visoka nema veze s time.

Kako je i u oglasu napisano, cijena je takva zbog prijašnjih neugodnih iskustava. A prijašnji najmoprimac, kaže nam Višnja, bio je muškarac koji se predstavljao kao pravnik da bi nakon nekog vremena po njega došla policija jer je navodno upucao čovjeka.

"Dobro pa sam živa ostala. Strah me. Policija je došla i otpeljali su ga, valjda je ubio čovjeka", priča nam Višnja pa dodaje: "Skrivao je nešto, drogu, Boga pitaj šta je to. Rezao je madrac i skrivao tamo."

Višnja je, priča, nakon tog događaja živjela u strahu.

"Ovaj strah koji sam ja prošla, ja vam to ne mogu opisati. Ja sam sama, udovica, strašno. Šta da se meni nešto dogodilo? Čovjek ne zna koga prima u stan", govori Višnja.

Osim muškarca koji je navodno nekoga ubio, prije njega sobu je imao u najmu muškarac koji stanarinu nije platio, tražio je polog natrag i pobjegao u Švicarsku.

"Bojim se da netko ne ode. Da dođe i ode, pa ne plati", objašnjava Višnja.

No, jesu li prethodna loša iskustva opravdani razlozi za cijenu sobe po 300 eura? Višnja kaže, kada bi netko došao u stan, ona bi se s tom osobom dogovorila da cijena bude 200 eura, a režije i polog bi se također morali platiti.

"Budem ja stavila cijenu kad netko dođe 200 eura plus režije. Je li to puno? Nije", zaključuje Višnja za Net.hr.

Da su cijene najma u Zagrebu skočile, svejdoče Facebook stranice koje služe za pronalaženje stanova za najam i prodaju - primjećuje Net.hr. A mnoštvo reakcija, i to negativnih, upravo na jednoj takvoj stranici izazvao je stan koji se nalazi u centru Zagreba, točnije u Marulićevoj ulici u blizini Botaničkog vrta.

U oglasu je, naime, navedeno da se iznajmljuje soba po cijeni od 300 eura + režije i polog, uz objavljenu fotografiju sobe. Soba se nalazi u suterenu, a kupaona je zasebna. Kuhinja, dnevna soba i hodnik u ovu cijenu nisu uključeni.

"Može vas sram bit", "300 eura za ovo???? Pa kaj je s mozgom?", "Vic dana!", samo su neki od komentara koji su se nizali ispod oglasa koji je navodno objavila unuka u ime svoje bake.

"Prednost ženska osoba sa stalnim primanjima. 300 eura sa režijama, polog obavezan zbog prijašnjih neugodnih iskustava 150 eura. Soba je u suterenu zgrade. Kupaonica je zasebno", napisala je unuka u grupi za najam stanova u Zagrebu.

Kako je oglas privukao veliku pažnju, iz Net.hr-a su kontaktirali iznajmljivačicu te istražili detalje, kao i razlog zbog kojeg se soba iznajmljuje po ovako neobično visokoj cijeni.

Na telefon im se javila Višnja, vlasnica stana, udovica i umirovljenica. Ima 80 godina, Facebook nema, kao ni mobitel, a oglas je, kaže nam, objavila njena unuka. Mirovina koju prima je mala, ali razlog zbog kojeg je cijena najma ovako visoka nema veze s time.

Kako je i u oglasu napisano, cijena je takva zbog prijašnjih neugodnih iskustava. A prijašnji najmoprimac, kaže nam Višnja, bio je muškarac koji se predstavljao kao pravnik da bi nakon nekog vremena po njega došla policija jer je navodno upucao čovjeka.

"Dobro pa sam živa ostala. Strah me. Policija je došla i otpeljali su ga, valjda je ubio čovjeka", priča nam Višnja pa dodaje: "Skrivao je nešto, drogu, Boga pitaj šta je to. Rezao je madrac i skrivao tamo."

Višnja je, priča, nakon tog događaja živjela u strahu.

"Ovaj strah koji sam ja prošla, ja vam to ne mogu opisati. Ja sam sama, udovica, strašno. Šta da se meni nešto dogodilo? Čovjek ne zna koga prima u stan", govori Višnja.

Osim muškarca koji je navodno nekoga ubio, prije njega sobu je imao u najmu muškarac koji stanarinu nije platio, tražio je polog natrag i pobjegao u Švicarsku.

"Bojim se da netko ne ode. Da dođe i ode, pa ne plati", objašnjava Višnja.

No, jesu li prethodna loša iskustva opravdani razlozi za cijenu sobe po 300 eura? Višnja kaže, kada bi netko došao u stan, ona bi se s tom osobom dogovorila da cijena bude 200 eura, a režije i polog bi se također morali platiti.

"Budem ja stavila cijenu kad netko dođe 200 eura plus režije. Je li to puno? Nije", zaključuje Višnja za Net.hr.
