Građevinska inspekcija zatvorila je gradilište višestambene zgrade u Ulici Nikole Tesle na Plovaniji.

Gradilište je zatvoreno u četvrtak, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, zato što je investitoru istekla građevinska dozvola za zemljište površine 1563 četvorna metra.

Investitor je obrt "Mont Trade", vlasnika Joška Zekanovića iz Poljica Briga. Glavni projektant je Siniša Mandić, glavni izvođač "Mont Trade", a glavni nadzorni inženjer Tomislav Zekanović.

Upravo je Joško Zekanović i dalje uknjiženi vlasnik ključne parcele, a kupio ju je prije gotovo dvije godine od tvrtke "Brala" u vlasništvu posedarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale.

Investitor je u roku tri godine od dobivanja građevinske dozvole trebao podnijeti prijavu početka građenja. Građevinska dozvola za projekt kod bivšeg SAS-a istekla je u veljači ove godine, a radovi su naknadno započeli. Zbog toga je inspekcija u četvrtak zatvorila gradilište.

Riječ je inače o objektu kojeg je prošlih dana tematizirao gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta na svom FB profilu dovodeći u pitanje legalnost izdavanja građevinske dozvole, no iz Grada Zadra su demantirali njegove tvrdnje.

Iz Državnog inspektorata su nas obavijestili kako je građevinska inspekcija obavila inspekcijski očevid na navedenoj lokaciji te je pokrenula upravni inspekcijski postupak.

Građevinska inspekcija zatvorila je gradilište višestambene zgrade u Ulici Nikole Tesle na Plovaniji.

Gradilište je zatvoreno u četvrtak, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, zato što je investitoru istekla građevinska dozvola za zemljište površine 1563 četvorna metra.

Investitor je obrt "Mont Trade", vlasnika Joška Zekanovića iz Poljica Briga. Glavni projektant je Siniša Mandić, glavni izvođač "Mont Trade", a glavni nadzorni inženjer Tomislav Zekanović.

Upravo je Joško Zekanović i dalje uknjiženi vlasnik ključne parcele, a kupio ju je prije gotovo dvije godine od tvrtke "Brala" u vlasništvu posedarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale.

Investitor je u roku tri godine od dobivanja građevinske dozvole trebao podnijeti prijavu početka građenja. Građevinska dozvola za projekt kod bivšeg SAS-a istekla je u veljači ove godine, a radovi su naknadno započeli. Zbog toga je inspekcija u četvrtak zatvorila gradilište.

Riječ je inače o objektu kojeg je prošlih dana tematizirao gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta na svom FB profilu dovodeći u pitanje legalnost izdavanja građevinske dozvole, no iz Grada Zadra su demantirali njegove tvrdnje.

Iz Državnog inspektorata su nas obavijestili kako je građevinska inspekcija obavila inspekcijski očevid na navedenoj lokaciji te je pokrenula upravni inspekcijski postupak.

Građevinska inspekcija zatvorila je gradilište višestambene zgrade u Ulici Nikole Tesle na Plovaniji.

Gradilište je zatvoreno u četvrtak, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, zato što je investitoru istekla građevinska dozvola za zemljište površine 1563 četvorna metra.

Investitor je obrt "Mont Trade", vlasnika Joška Zekanovića iz Poljica Briga. Glavni projektant je Siniša Mandić, glavni izvođač "Mont Trade", a glavni nadzorni inženjer Tomislav Zekanović.

Upravo je Joško Zekanović i dalje uknjiženi vlasnik ključne parcele, a kupio ju je prije gotovo dvije godine od tvrtke "Brala" u vlasništvu posedarskog poduzetnika Roka Brale.

Investitor je u roku tri godine od dobivanja građevinske dozvole trebao podnijeti prijavu početka građenja. Građevinska dozvola za projekt kod bivšeg SAS-a istekla je u veljači ove godine, a radovi su naknadno započeli. Zbog toga je inspekcija u četvrtak zatvorila gradilište.

Riječ je inače o objektu kojeg je prošlih dana tematizirao gradski vijećnik Daniel Radeta na svom FB profilu dovodeći u pitanje legalnost izdavanja građevinske dozvole, no iz Grada Zadra su demantirali njegove tvrdnje.

Iz Državnog inspektorata su nas obavijestili kako je građevinska inspekcija obavila inspekcijski očevid na navedenoj lokaciji te je pokrenula upravni inspekcijski postupak.

- Inspekcijski postupak je u tijeku te po okončanju istog pravovremeno ćemo Vas izvijestiti o rezultatima, poručili su iz Državnog inspektorata.
