Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području Grada Zadra za idućih pet godina prošao je na posljednjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća bez ijedne rasprave, kritike ili komentara.  

Ovim planom se određuje plan razvoja pomorskog dobra za idućih pet godina, ali i na kojim će se područjima i za koju djelatnost dodjeljivati dozvole na pomorskom dobru, nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja. 

Grad Zadar čekao je da se uz novi Zakonu o pomorskom dobru donesu sve uredbe i pravilnici koji dodatno određuju raspolaganje pomorskim dobrom kako bi se budući plan u potpunosti uskladio sa zakonodavnim okvirom.

Usvajanjem ovog plana nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja padaju u zaborav i donose se dozvole za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru na temelju koji će netko moći iznajmljivati ležaljke, suncobrane, pedaline, jet-skije... 

Bitno je za naglasiti kako svi oni koji imaju koncesijska odobrenja koja im vrijede do kraja ove godine i dulje ne moraju brinuti. Njima će koncesijska odobrenja vrijediti sve do isteka ugovora, a nakon završetka ugovora, za te će se lokacije raspisivati javni natječaji. 

U škripcu bi se mogli naći jedino tvrtke i obrti kojima je isteklo koncesijsko odobrenje. Zbog kašnjenja donošenja Plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom, kasnit će i raspisivanje javnih natječaja za dodjelu dozvola na pomorskom dobru. Iz Grada Zadra poručuju da koncesijska odobrenja ističu tek manjem broju korisnika, takvih je manje od 20 posto.

Odmah po usvajanju Plana upravljanja na pomorskom dobru iz Grada su započeli s ishođenjem suglasnosti od Lučke kapetanije i Zadarske županije kako bi mogli raspisati javne natječaje za lokacije na kojima su istekla koncesijska odobrenja. Čim od nadležnih institucija dobiju potrebne suglasnost, raspisat će se javni natječaji za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru, a prethodno i formirati Povjerenstvo. Ono će provoditi javne natječaje, a imenovat će ga gradonačelnik Branko Dukić. 

Usvajanjem ovog Plana uslijedila je još jedna izmjena. Naime, Gradsko vijeće će na koncu morati "amenovati" svaku odluku o odabiru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja za dodjeljivanje dozvola na pomorskom dobru. S obzirom da će se iduće Gradsko vijeće održati tek krajem svibnja ili početkom lipnja, oni kojima je isteklo koncesijsko odobrenje, a žele obavljati djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru, morat će pričekati raspisivanje natječaja, potom odluku Povjerenstva, a onda i "zeleno svijetlo" Gradskog vijeća kako bi mogli započeti s radom.

Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području Grada Zadra za idućih pet godina prošao je na posljednjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća bez ijedne rasprave, kritike ili komentara.  

Ovim planom se određuje plan razvoja pomorskog dobra za idućih pet godina, ali i na kojim će se područjima i za koju djelatnost dodjeljivati dozvole na pomorskom dobru, nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja. 

Grad Zadar čekao je da se uz novi Zakonu o pomorskom dobru donesu sve uredbe i pravilnici koji dodatno određuju raspolaganje pomorskim dobrom kako bi se budući plan u potpunosti uskladio sa zakonodavnim okvirom.

Usvajanjem ovog plana nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja padaju u zaborav i donose se dozvole za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru na temelju koji će netko moći iznajmljivati ležaljke, suncobrane, pedaline, jet-skije... 

Bitno je za naglasiti kako svi oni koji imaju koncesijska odobrenja koja im vrijede do kraja ove godine i dulje ne moraju brinuti. Njima će koncesijska odobrenja vrijediti sve do isteka ugovora, a nakon završetka ugovora, za te će se lokacije raspisivati javni natječaji. 

U škripcu bi se mogli naći jedino tvrtke i obrti kojima je isteklo koncesijsko odobrenje. Zbog kašnjenja donošenja Plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom, kasnit će i raspisivanje javnih natječaja za dodjelu dozvola na pomorskom dobru. Iz Grada Zadra poručuju da koncesijska odobrenja ističu tek manjem broju korisnika, takvih je manje od 20 posto.

Odmah po usvajanju Plana upravljanja na pomorskom dobru iz Grada su započeli s ishođenjem suglasnosti od Lučke kapetanije i Zadarske županije kako bi mogli raspisati javne natječaje za lokacije na kojima su istekla koncesijska odobrenja. Čim od nadležnih institucija dobiju potrebne suglasnost, raspisat će se javni natječaji za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru, a prethodno i formirati Povjerenstvo. Ono će provoditi javne natječaje, a imenovat će ga gradonačelnik Branko Dukić. 

Usvajanjem ovog Plana uslijedila je još jedna izmjena. Naime, Gradsko vijeće će na koncu morati "amenovati" svaku odluku o odabiru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja za dodjeljivanje dozvola na pomorskom dobru. S obzirom da će se iduće Gradsko vijeće održati tek krajem svibnja ili početkom lipnja, oni kojima je isteklo koncesijsko odobrenje, a žele obavljati djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru, morat će pričekati raspisivanje natječaja, potom odluku Povjerenstva, a onda i "zeleno svijetlo" Gradskog vijeća kako bi mogli započeti s radom.

Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom prošao bez ijednog komentara, a koncesijska dozvola ističe za skoro 20 posto korisnika!

Plan upravljanja pomorskim dobrom na području Grada Zadra za idućih pet godina prošao je na posljednjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća bez ijedne rasprave, kritike ili komentara.  

Ovim planom se određuje plan razvoja pomorskog dobra za idućih pet godina, ali i na kojim će se područjima i za koju djelatnost dodjeljivati dozvole na pomorskom dobru, nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja. 

Grad Zadar čekao je da se uz novi Zakonu o pomorskom dobru donesu sve uredbe i pravilnici koji dodatno određuju raspolaganje pomorskim dobrom kako bi se budući plan u potpunosti uskladio sa zakonodavnim okvirom.

Usvajanjem ovog plana nekadašnja koncesijska odobrenja padaju u zaborav i donose se dozvole za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru na temelju koji će netko moći iznajmljivati ležaljke, suncobrane, pedaline, jet-skije... 

Bitno je za naglasiti kako svi oni koji imaju koncesijska odobrenja koja im vrijede do kraja ove godine i dulje ne moraju brinuti. Njima će koncesijska odobrenja vrijediti sve do isteka ugovora, a nakon završetka ugovora, za te će se lokacije raspisivati javni natječaji. 

U škripcu bi se mogli naći jedino tvrtke i obrti kojima je isteklo koncesijsko odobrenje. Zbog kašnjenja donošenja Plana upravljanja pomorskim dobrom, kasnit će i raspisivanje javnih natječaja za dodjelu dozvola na pomorskom dobru. Iz Grada Zadra poručuju da koncesijska odobrenja ističu tek manjem broju korisnika, takvih je manje od 20 posto.

Odmah po usvajanju Plana upravljanja na pomorskom dobru iz Grada su započeli s ishođenjem suglasnosti od Lučke kapetanije i Zadarske županije kako bi mogli raspisati javne natječaje za lokacije na kojima su istekla koncesijska odobrenja. Čim od nadležnih institucija dobiju potrebne suglasnost, raspisat će se javni natječaji za obavljanje gospodarske djelatnosti na pomorskom dobru, a prethodno i formirati Povjerenstvo. Ono će provoditi javne natječaje, a imenovat će ga gradonačelnik Branko Dukić.
